Daniela is a first generation Italian chef who grew up with a chef dad, in a restaurant  industry family that has always been passionate about food. Daniela graduated from Algonquin college in the culinary program, and has extensive hospitality and service experience with things such as hosting cooking classes, facilitating large scale catering events, working in the behind the scenes kitchen for a number of televised cooking shows, and supervising/facilitating youth cooking camps and lessons.

 

In addition to her on the job experience, Daniela is truly passionate about food as a whole and treats nutrition as a way of addressing wellness needs. She works diligently to be able to create specific meal plans and guides to help those with specific dietary needs. To further her holistic approach she is currently in school to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Furthering her education in the field is highly important, as she treats food as a holistic approach to nutrition and well-being.
