I was trained and educated at the Lausanne cooking school in Switzerland.

 

I have traveled to and worked in many countries as a chef where I developed a taste and knowledge for exotic foods and ingredients. As a teacher at the "Cordon Bleu L’école de Cuisine” in Paris and Ottawa, I perfected the Art of French Cuisine and pastry and made many demonstrations around the World.

 

Success in cuisine comes from using fresh ingredients, knowledge of culinary techniques, experience and a love and passion for good food!
